At Linestar Logistics, we wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for the dedicated team that works night and day for us driving across the country. We’re proud to say that most of our drivers who have been with us since the beginning are still with us today. With our founder originally being a trucker himself, we know how important it is for a driver’s rights to be understood.

$3700-$9300 weekly

That’s why, if you drive with us, you’re treated like family, provided with job security, a competitive salary, and the latest freight vehicles. To be more specific, our drivers are earning between $3700-$9300 weekly. At the minimum, they’re earning $3200 without any commission or bonuses. Most importantly, we pay you on time, cover your layovers and detention too.

We prioritize our drivers

We also understand how tiring long haul driving can be. For this reason, we prioritize our driver’s comfort and safety by using the latest Freightliners, Volvos, Kenworth, and International’s well before their commercial release.

24/7 specialist logistics team

We know first hand the risks, burdens, and time delays drivers can face, which is why we equip our vehicles with Samsara devices, with forward facing cameras, E logs, Transponders for tolls and scales, GPS, and more. Most importantly, we have a 24/7 specialist logistics team who monitor your vehicle and are there to help you with any problem or reload at any time you need.

Benefits

Direct deposit

All of our drivers are paid directly into their bank accounts.

Giving advances

Drivers are provided advances of up to $250 a week.

Bestpass and Prepass transponders

We care about your time on the road and give you passes to bypass scales across the States.

Roadside Inspection Award

Our drivers receive rewards if they’ve had roadside inspections with no violations. They receive $300 for Level 1 – read more

We grant awards to our drivers who go above and beyond their work requirements.

Safety award program

Our drivers who aren’t involved in a preventable accident and drive safely on the roads receive yearly awards.

Vacation pay

Holiday pay

Upon completion of 90 days of employment, full time drivers receive $100 holiday pay for Easter, July 4th – read more

Driver qualification

At the minimum, our drivers must have the following:

Aged 23 years old or above
Own a Valid CDL-A License
A minimum of 12 months of current trucker/trailer experience
No more than 6 jobs in the last three years
No more than 2 out of service violations in n the last two years
No DUI, Test Refusal, DWI, Drug Convictions, Reckless Driving
No additional felonies in the past five years, including Hit and Run, Leaving the scene of an accident, Passing a School Bus, or Racing.
You must have passed and had a current DOT physical.
Willing to take and pass DOT drug tests

Orientation

Upon joining our company, we provide the following:
